Ticket System
Each time SparkTrust identifies a vulnerability, we generate a new ticket. The problem is assessed and is given a severity rating: Low, Medium or High. Along with a rating, each ticket features a description of the issue, an explanation of the impact and a suggested solution.
Customized Notifications
SparkTrust keeps you informed – as much as you want. You can customize the software to send notifications for such events as ticket creation, inactive websites and completed scans.
Blacklist Monitoring
Search engines and browsers blacklist sites they feel are harmful to users. If your site is blacklisted, you will be notified immediately. This way we can take action – whether it be correcting the damage done by a hacker or proving it was a false positive.
Website Availability
You don’t want to be caught with your site down. SparkTrust keeps watch and if it becomes inactive, for any reason, you will be alerted. If a site is down for a long time, it can severely hurt your company’s reputation and profits. If you have site maintenance planned and it will be down for a bit, you can turn off this notification.
